Unit 5 Music Parents NCWHS Spaghetti Supper on November 5, 2018

Join us for a spaghetti dinner in the cafeteria and enjoy music performances in the auditorium, featuring bands, orchestras, and choirs from Parkside, Kingsley, and Normal West. The annual Spaghetti Supper, co-sponsored by the Unit 5 Music Parents Association and the Unit 5 Music Department, will be held on Monday, November 5th at Normal West High School. The dinner raises funds to supplement the financial needs of all Unit 5 Junior High and High School music programs.

Dinner will be served from 5:00-7:30 PM and there will be music performances in the auditorium from 5:00 – 9:00pm.

6:30 PM – Parkside Junior HS 8th Grade Orchestra
6:45 PM – Parkside Symphonic Band

7:20 PM – Kingsley Junior HS 7th Grade Band
7:35 PM – Normal West HS Symphonic Winds
8:05 PM – Kingsley Junior HS 7th Grade Choir

8:40 PM – Parkside Junior HS 8th Grade Choir


If you are planning on having a meal, we encourage you to purchase in advance from a music program student. The cost is $7.50 for Avanti’s spaghetti and bread, salad, drink and a cookie. The cost increases to $10.00 the week prior to the dinner and at the door. There is a gluten free meal available for $12.50; it must be purchased in advance. Tickets are not needed if you are attending only the musical performance(s).

Also, volunteers are essential to making this fundraiser a success. Go to the Normal West
SignUp Genius and be one of the many volunteers at the spaghetti supper that helps make it run smoothly.

The annual Spaghetti Supper, co-sponsored by the Unit 5 Music Parents Association and the Unit 5 Music Department, will be held on Monday, November 12th at Normal Community High School. The dinner raises funds to supplement the financial needs of all Unit 5 Junior High and High School music programs.
Dinner will be served from 5:00-7:30 PM and there will be music performances in the auditorium from 5:00 – 8:45pm.

It is imperative that the budget be resolved and the state pay the school districts the money that they are owed — and you can take a moment to let our state representatives know that it is time to take action on the state budget impasse.
