Music Parent Representative
- Attends and participates at the Music Parent meetings. Attendance is defined as 75% of the scheduled meetings for the year. Representation is defined as assigned parent, the director, or a substitute sent in place of absence.
- Shares director’s report at the Music Parents meeting when the director is not present.
- Communicates with the director to share any needs of Music Parents.
- Shares and discusses meeting minutes and updates with their director.

Director
- Provides a Music Parent representative within the first month of school.

- Reviews balance sheet to ensure accuracy for individual program.
